Information we process
We process account identity from Clerk, business information you submit, plan and task records, user-entered results, product events, subscription state from Stripe and communication preferences. We do not need advertising-cookie profiles to operate the product.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure Farella, create requested AI-assisted work, maintain subscriptions, send opted-in reminders, support users and improve reliability. Business content sent to configured AI services is treated as untrusted input and cannot override system instructions.
Service providers
Configured operators may use Clerk for identity, Supabase for data, OpenAI for generation, Stripe for billing, Resend for email and Vercel or Sites for hosting. Their exact roles and regions must be confirmed in the production data-processing register.
Your choices
Users can update optional email preferences, export account data, request deletion and opt out of marketing. Transactional security and billing notices may still be required while an account remains active.
